Melanie Jackson McLane has been an appraiser since 1978. In addition to be certified by the State of Pennsylvania as a Residential Appraiser, License Number RL-001214L, she has the designation “Residential Accredited Appraiser” given by the National Association of Realtors® to appraisers who demonstrate a high level of education, training and professionalism. She is licensed to appraise residential property in Pennsylvania only. She also holds a broker/appraiser license, which allows her to appraise non-residential properties in instances where the appraisal is not for a federally related loan. She is also a USPAP instructor, one of 614 persons in the US and Canada approved to teach this topic, which is mandatory for all appraisers.
