This is NAR's hottest new designation--GREEN! This is a "cross-over" designation--meaning it is for residential, commercial, and property managers. These two days are the core course; to obtain the designation, you must take one of the electives--all of which are available online. If you want to know what is a net zero house, what is Energy Star and what is LEED-certified; what is sustainable and what is not; which building techniques are the newest, most efficient--this is the class. Gen X and Gen Y, who are buying property now, value energy efficiency very highly. You need to be informed about green--in all its' shades. This course gives you: 14 hours of CE for license renewal in 2012; a broker's credit; 2/3 of the designation.
