I was privileged to serve two terms as District V Vice President for the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors®. Realtors® in Pennsylvania should bookmark the site, www.parealtor.org and visit it daily.  It is where you will find out about new legislation (like the new exemption to the Consumer Notice, in some circumstances, for commercial sales); education, links to the State Real Estate Commission and The Appraisal Board, information on local associations, Code of Ethics Training, etc. If you are a PAR member, you can also access the legal hotline, which is a great place to get those thorny legal questions answered.
